Fullers Beer & Food Dinner hosted by Fullers Head Brewer John Keeling
July 14, 2011We would like to invite you to a unique beer and food matching evening with Fuller’s Head Brewer John Keeling, with an introduction by award-winning beer writer Pete Brown.
John has been brewing beer for Fuller’s for over 30 years and is a leading expert in his field, travelling the world advising and giving talks on the subject, while Pete’s book Hops and Glory retraces the historical journey of India Pale Ale, from Burton-on-Trent to Kolkata, India.
Please join us at The Quilon on Tuesday 26th July at 7pm, where Head Chef Sriram Aylur has created a bespoke 5 course menu carefully matched with a selection of 2 beers per course by John.
